the object consists of a George v penny that has had the outer edge and rim removed to reveal the outline of brittania on the obverse. the reverse still revealing a partial portrait of George v. the brittania is mounted on a domed copper coin which is attached to a bakerlite bottle cap and large Bakelite washer.
