The small print below sets out our terms and conditions of trading.

By placing an order with us you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to the small print. if you are unhappy with any aspect of these, then you should contact us at antonia@wildfolk.net or david@wildfolk.net before placing an order with us. confirmation of your order will be sent to you within forty-eight hours.

All prices quoted on this website are accurate at the time of publication and are quoted in pounds sterling and where appropriate are inclusive of United Kingdom sales tax (VAT) at the current rate.

This website allows us to supply goods within the United Kingdom. if you require goods to be delivered abroad please contact us at antonia@wildfolk.net or david@wildfolk.net for a quote.

Price and availability of goods is subject to change without notice. the delivery charge which you were advised at checkout will be added to your order.

We accept most major debit and credit cards.

A signature will be required on delivery.

We aim to hold most items in stock and aim to dispatch these goods within five working days. occasionally there may be a delay in supplying the goods in which case we will contact you and advise you of the anticipated dispatch date. however, no responsibility can be taken by us for any delay in supplying the goods that is caused by any event or circumstance outside of our control. we will however keep in touch to advise you of the anticipated delivery date. your credit or debit card will not be debited by us until your order is dispatched.

Please note that orders of more than one item may arrive at different times.

Every care has been taken to ensure that all descriptions, measurements, colours and prices are correct. measurements given are approximate. whilst every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of colour reproduction, colour may vary in accordance to the settings of your monitor, computer software, or printer. As most items are hand-made from natural materials there will be slight variations from item to item.

You have a statutory right within seven days to cancel your order and receive a full refund for any item, apart from items personalised for you or made specifically for you. we regret that no refund may be given in respect of any items made to order for you in the event that such an order is subsequently cancelled by you such items are returned to us by you, unless an item is faulty.

Whilst every attempt is made by us to package our goods well and use reputable carriers, occasionally goods get damaged in transit. if you see that the package is clearly damaged on arrival please note this on the carrier’s document when you sign for it; alternatively refuse to accept delivery if it is exceptionally damaged. please then open the package on arrival and report any damage or imperfection to us by e-mail at antonia@wildfolk.net or david@wildfolk.net within three days and we will arrange for it to be collected at no cost to you.

If, for whatever reason, you decide to return an item which we have delivered to you please advise us within seven days from receipt. this must be done by e-mail at antonia@wildfolk.net or david@wildfolk.net and the goods must be returned to us within fourteen days of receipt. they must be re-packaged in the original packaging in the manner in which they were packed when they were delivered to you and must be in perfect condition. the cost of delivery must be borne by you. refunds for the goods (but not for the delivery costs) will be made as soon as practicable. when returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting. please use a fully insured method. goods are at your risk until they are returned to us. this does not affect your statutory rights.

We will only refund or provide an exchange for the costs of postage where the items/s returned are faulty.

Please note that we are unable to accept for return any goods that have been used in any way unless they are faulty.

The small print and your use of our website are governed by English law and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. this does not affect your non-excludable statutory rights.
