Arthur Henry Jenkins (1871-1940)
Arthur Henry Jenkins was a landscape and figure painter who was born in Galashiels, Scotland. He studied at the Edinburgh School of Art and Colarossi's in Paris. He taught art for many years and exhibited widely at the Royal Academy and the Beaux Arts Gallery in London. Other exhibition venues included the Walker Art Gallery, Liverpool and the Royal Scottish Academy.jenkins lived in Scotland and the south west of England.
